Serving Victims & Children
Established in 2005 through an agreement between Pierce County and the City of Tacoma, the Crystal Judson Family Justice Center (FJC) serves the needs of domestic violence victims and their children by providing comprehensive victim services in one, central, safe location in downtown Tacoma.

The FJC comprises many community and government partners. These partners include:
  • Associated Ministries
  • Catherine Place
  • Department of Social and Health Services
  • Domestic Violence Helpline
  • Good Samaritan Behavioral Health
  • Korean Women’s Association
  • Rebuilding Hope-Sexual Assault Center of Pierce County
  • Our Sister’s House
  • Pierce County Prosecutor’s Office
  • Pierce County Sheriff’s Department
  • Pierce County Superior Court Clerk’s Office
  • Pierce Youth Outreach
  • Tacoma Police Department
  • Department of Child Support

Services We Provide
Clients visiting the FJC have access to a wide array of services, including:
  • Civil legal support
  • Counseling and support groups
  • Division of Child Support assistance
  • DSHS assistance
  • Housing
  • Other emergency assistance
  • Protection orders
  • Safety planning
  • Spiritual support
  • Transportation
  • Victim support in criminal cases

Interpretation services are available for non-English speaking clients.
